Electronic Customer Relationship Management systems are considered very important for business to compete in this vital environment. However, one of the main problems that faces organizations is how to design and develop a usable applications. This paper suggests a usability model to help organization to employ high usable eCRM systems.

Osama K. Harfoushi has a PhD degree in Information Technology from University of Bradford in the UK. He was graduated in 2008. He was born in Jordan, Amman in 28th of August 1980. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at King Abdullah the Second School for Information Technology at the University of Jordan.
