A comparison between the logit and probit model to evaluate the utility of new technologies in Healthcare
The growth of Information Technology has developed new ways to engage with patients. Thus, Health organizations have had to examine the potentialities offered by technological landscape, and developing strategies that are suitable to their management. Nevertheless, it appears that doctors are not always ready to use technology to communicate in Healthcare. So, its necessary to identify change management strategies that facilitate the success of new tools. This empirical study focused on Asian Health System measuring, through the Logit and Probit method, several variables that can have a positive or a negative effect on the perception of the utility of technological tools. This study could be useful to Health Organizations to manage their strategies of change management.
