Control Theory based Approach for the Improvement of Integrated Business Process Interoperability

Many frameworks are available today to help organizing and performing Enterprise Interoperability projects efficiently. There are also many metrics available to measure the interoperability degree between systems. However, there is a real lack in methodologies to control Enterprise Interoperability improvement projects execution. The aim of this paper is to introduce a new approach to control interoperability improvement projects execution by using control theory, project planning theory and RatIop.

A. TAOUDI (National Higher School for Computer Science and System analysis - ENSIAS), Holder of a Computer Science Engineer Diploma from ENSIAS (1999) and “Ph.D. candidate” at ENSIAS. His research focuses on control of Enterprise Architecture interoperability. He is an enterprise architect.

Bouchaib Bounabat
B. BOUNABAT, PhD in Computer Sciences. Professor in ENSIAS, Rabat, Morocco. Responsible of "Computer Engineering" Formation and Research Unit in ENSIAS, Regional Editor of Journal of Computing and Applications, International Expert in ICT Strategies and E-Government to several international organizations, Member of the board of Internet Society - Moroccan Chapter.

Badr Elmir
B. ELMIR, holder of a PhD in Computer Sciences (2012), and an Extended Higher Studies Diploma (2006) from ENSIAS. His research focuses on interoperability assessment in public administration. He is an integration architect on the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kingdom of Morocco since 2002. He also oversees the IT operating activity in this department.
